Our Team

Guiding every step of a child’s journey.
At A BETTER TOMORROW FOR OUR CHILDREN, our team is more than staff and volunteers—we are mentors, guides, and companions in the journey of discovery. Each member brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and creativity, but what unites us all is our belief in the transformative power of play and exploration.

Together, we design and deliver experiences that turn curiosity into confidence. With backgrounds spanning early childhood education, arts, science, community engagement, and operations, our team ensures that every program is both meaningful and joyful. As children successfully navigate challenges and contribute to group projects, they gain a sense of accomplishment and self-worth. This newfound confidence encourages them to try again when things don’t go as planned, knowing that their effort and perseverance are what truly matter.

we are not just teaching them skills, we are building confidence that lasts a lifetime. In our programs, we trade rote memorization for hands-on exploration, and passive listening for active participation. We’ve seen firsthand how a child’s face lights up when they solve a problem they thought was impossible or create something they never imagined they could. This is the magic we strive to create every day—a world where every child feels empowered to take on challenges and believe in their own ability to succeed.
